The Concerned Men Klub (CMK) has again demonstrated its commitment to humanitarian service, this time clearing hospital bills for indigent patients at the Abia State University Teaching Hospital (ABSUTH) in Aba.

The club reportedly spent close to one million naira to settle the medical debts of four patients who were unable to pay their bills.
The beneficiaries include Osuju Ann (N253,302), Ojuegbe Salome (N220,606), Nkwocha Favour (N203,540), and baby Mmadukwe Joy (N46,000). The gesture took place on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
This is not the first humanitarian effort by the group. In its first edition, CMK visited the Ahiaeke Motherless Babies Home, where they donated food items, toiletries, and cash to the children at the centre.
Speaking with newsmen during the visit, the President of CMK, Dr. Ikenna Ukabuiro, explained that reaching out to the less privileged is one of the core pillars of the organisation.

According to him, the club is committed to touching lives in meaningful ways, especially in areas where government support may be limited.
The beneficiaries and their families expressed gratitude to the club for the unexpected relief, with many describing the gesture as a lifeline during a difficult period.
CMK has hinted at more interventions in the coming months as part of its ongoing community support initiatives.
