UMUAHIA – Ifeanyi Umere, Senior Media aide to former Abia State Governor has extended his warm congratulations to Engr. Dr. C.K. Okoro on his upcoming ordination and admission as a Ruling Elder of The Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, World Bank Parish, Umuahia.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the PCN World Bank Housing Estate, No. 2 Church Street, Off Upstairs Line, Umuahia, Abia State, beginning at 9:00 am.
In a statement, Umere described Engr. Dr. Okoro as a man of integrity, dedication, and deep faith, whose service to both God and humanity has been exemplary.
“Engr. Dr. C.K. Okoro is a distinguished personality whose commitment to the growth of the church and the development of our society is well known. His elevation to the position of Ruling Elder is well deserved and I have no doubt he will continue to serve with excellence and the fear of God,” Umere said.
He called on family members, friends, associates, and the Christian community to come out in large numbers to celebrate with the new Ruling Elder and his family.
The ordination service will be ministered by Rt. Rev. Anthony Okoro Ufere, Minister in Charge, with Eld. Bassey Ikpo Kalu serving as Session Clerk.
Umere prayed that God would grant Engr. Dr. Okoro the wisdom, strength, and grace to fulfill his new responsibilities in the church.
