Do you know that using her Vicar Hope Foundation, Mrs Nkechi Ikpeazu, Wife of Abia State Governor, has delivered 132 units of this furnished house to widows and indigent women in Abia State?

The program is called Widows and Indigents Shelter Scheme (WISS).
