IgbereTV reports that Sir Emeka Offor Foundation has donated a forty-feet container load of medical equipment and consumables worth millions of naira to Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital, Amaku, Awka.
While handing over the equipment to the hospital on behalf of the foundation, the Chief of Staff to Sir. Emeka Offor foundation, Mr. Chris Okey Ezike said that the gesture is in fulfilment of an earlier promise made by their Chairman.
Mr. Ezike urged the management of the hospital to use the items donated judiciously.
While thanking the foundation for the donation, the Chief Medical Director of the hospital, Dr. Basil Nwankwo assured that the equipment will be put to good use.
