The Presidential Tribunal sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday, says all the witnesses submitted by the petitioners, Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) were in favor of the respondent, Igbere TV reports.
Igbere TV recalls that the former vice president and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), presented some witnesses to testify that President Muhammadu Buhari did not win the Feb. 23 presidential election and that it was rigged in Buhari’s favour.
But delivering judgement, the presiding judge, Justice Mohammed Garba, said all the witnesses submitted by the petitioners were in favor of the respondent.
