Alibaba Knocks President Buhari Over Xenophobic Attacks On Nigerians in South Africa

Alibaba joined other Nigerians to react to the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.

The comedian wondered what President Buhari can do in such a situation when reports of killings within Nigeria have not been stopped by the President.

Igbere TV had earlier reported that properties worth millions of naira, and belonging to Nigerians, were set ablaze by South Africans.

A viral video sighted by Igbere TV also showed several shops being looted by the angry South African citizens in their large numbers.

President of the Nigeria Union in South Africa, Adetola Olubajo, said the attacks began on Sunday morning in Jeppestown area of Johannesburg.

Mr Olubajo said in a statement on Monday that the mob β€œlooted several shops that were around the vicinity suspected to be owned by foreign nationals.”

Reacting to the development, Alibaba in a post said;

β€œWhen we have a President who can’t take decisive action when people are killed like flies in his country, what will he say when it happens outside Nigeria?”
