Several persons have been injured in a head-on collision involving two high capacity BRT buses at Asolo, Ikorodu road, Lagos.
Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has confirmed the incident in a tweet on Monday.
The accident which occurred on the BRT corridor resulted in traffic gridlock in the area, Igbere TV reports.
Eyewitnesses said many who were injured have been taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
This comes days after a truck belonging to Dangote Group of Companies clashed with a BRT bus at Majidun along Ikorodu road in Lagos.
About three persons died in the clash.
