NATIONAL ASSEMBLY 2019: THE FUTURE LIES WITH THE YOUTHS.
By Comr IHEONU CHUKWUEMEKA
Aware of the kind of life they wish for themselves and their children, the youths of Abia North and Bende federal constituency have thrown their weight behind the aspirations of Chief Benjamin Kalu and Dr Orji Uzor Kalu.
They are aware both leaders have what it takes to turn things around for their people with a special interest in the youths . They have displayed this in their various youth development programs and projects and will do more using the political office. Just to mention but a few, their scholarships, economic empowerment including sports sponsorships have mainly targeted the youths . The most successful annual football league in the past five years have been organised by Benjamin Kalu foundation and Ozbok football academy, known as BENDE UNITY LEAGUE. An annual event which takes millions of private funds to organise.
The first community cultural carnival was initiated by Benjamin Kalu foundation and Bebde consultative forum in 2015 which was taken to the next level by Dr Orji Kalu in 2017 at Igbere. These projects were youths driven with majority of the benefits going to the youths . Dr Kalu led the youth filled Enyimba football club to the international limelight, winning three continental trophies , an unbroken feat till date .
With Chief BenKalu and OUK many are assured of quality representation because they have touched lives in many positive ways.
It is on this ground that the youths of Abia North and Bende federal constituency have vowed in one accord never to allow the political misrepresentations of the past years which did not have the youths and their future in consideration . As youths we have decided to work with these two since their past history convinced us to invest our trust in them.
We believe in Chief Benjamin Kalu and Dr Orji Uzor Kalu as our best brands to bring the needed positive representation at the federal level through the National Assembly . We kindly ask you to join hands with us to send the right team to Abuja.
