The leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide, OYCW, Thursday said compliance for the sit at Home order by IPOB for the 2018 Biafra Day celebration was overwhelming across the South-East and beyond.

In a statement signed by Comrade obinna Achuonye, the National Deputy President of the youth group, they said “the level of compliance by the people of South East should be a source of worry to all governments at all level, especially the Federal Government.
“Ndigbo, especially Igbo Youths have demonstrated that really the future of our land depends on them, especially now that the 2019 General election is nearby. We wish to call on Ndigbo to rush and register in the ongoing voters’ registration exercise.”
“We call on the Nigeria police to release all the Biafra agitators arrested yesterday, even though we may share different ideologies as regards to Biafra agitation.”
