BREAKING! Pentecostal Bishops Demand Unconditional Release Of Nnamdi Kanu

The Pentecostal Bishops Association, Anambra State Incorporated (PBAAS), has charged President Bola Tinubu to release the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, unconditionally and correct the imbalance in Nigeria’s polity

This was contained in a communiqué issued at the end of the 2026 Annual Convocation of the Pentecostal Bishops Association held at Church in Power, Agu Awka, and delivered by the Executive President of the Association, Bishop Prince Augustine Nwodika.

The communiqué stated that the imbalance in the polity has aggravated agitations from the South East and, in the spirit of equity, fairness, and socio- economic balance in the system, noted that such measures would significantly improve the much needed peace and security in the South East
