Gov. Elrufai Yesterday recieved a delegation from the United States, comprising of members of the US Senate and House of Reps in Kaduna State.
Though the state government is yet to release a press statement on the visit, sources in the government house say the meeting is connected to the rising tension in the country over the agitation by IPOB for Biafra Independence.
A group of Igbo elders last week sent a petition to US Congress and the UN over Arewa Youths’ Quit Notice to the Igbos in the northern region.
