Why are people calling Orji Uzor Kalu? He is the first and the only prominent leader that had condemned the attack so far. The church killing is the worst wickedness on Southeast soil and he didnt mince words in saying it. He openly called on the inspector-general of police, the state and federal government to apprehend those that are concerned. Instead of supporting his call that the police should arrest those concerned, some people are busy finding a way to insult him Orji Uzor Kalu because of his Biafra stand .
The Igbo should ask themselves why are senators not talking, why are our governors not talking, because they are simply scared.The only two Igbo men that have gut to say things the way they are, are Orji Uzor Kalu and Nnamdi Kanu. Take it or leave it, that is the truth. the only difference between Orji Uzor Kalu and Nnamdi Kanu is their opinion. OUK as he is popularly called believe that the Igbos will be better of in a united Nigeria, while Nnamdi Kanu believe that Igbos will be better off as an independent country called Biafra. OUK isn’t fighting Nnamdi Kanu.
By meeting the Arewa youths doesn’t mean he is fighting Nnamdi Kanu. He did the right thing, to diffuse tension; protect igbo lives and properties. The estimated 40 million igbos living in the north, if they should be forced to abandon their homes in the north. Where are they going to stay when they come back since the southeast governors are not even supporting the struggle? Ndi igbo, we must stop insulting our leaders ,Orji Uzor Kalu deserves a thank you and a very big one.
