Why Buhari Should Resign or Be Impeached - (Must Read)

Written By Wisdom Nwedene

It’s no longer news that our dear President has been sick for over 2 months now without Nigerians knowing the health condition of the President which a lot of people campaigned and voted for during the last election.

Nobody knows whether he is getting better or his health situation is getting worse day by day. All we keep hearing from the presidency, governors, Senators, Imams, corrupt politicians, etc is to keep on praying for the president. The question is for how long are we going to keep on praying for him? Is it not time to let Nigerians know the truth that the President is now incapacitated and can’t continue as the president?

Why Buhari Should Resign now!!

Let me take you back to what Buhari said when Yar’Adua was seriously sick and had to be flown abroad for medical treatment which Yar’Adua later died.

On Tuesday, March 9, 2010, former Head of State, Muhammadu Buhari called for the impeachment of then President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua who was ill and had not been seen in public since Monday, November 23, 2009.

Buhari urged the Executive Council of the Federation (EXCOF) to declare Yar’Adua incapacitated and have him impeached due to his inability to carry out his official duties.

The former Head of State said further that Yar’Adua’s removal was the only viable option out of the political logjam caused by his long absence.

Buhari made the comments when members of the National Unity Forum paid him a visit in Kaduna.

How long will Nigeria keep waiting for a man who is incapacitated to come and govern the country?

How long will Osinbajo keep acting? He is not even acting as the president but only coordinating the affairs of the country because the cabal has hijack power.
Since Buhari called for the impeachment of late Yar’Adua back then, it’s better he resign now and save himself from all this disgrace
