The head of the European Union team to ECOWAS (Ambassador Michel Arrion) has visited Biafraland days after a resounding sit-at-home protest by IPOB on 30th May 2017 which completely grounded socio-economic activities in the entire SE/SS regions of the country.

Ambassador Arrion was in Bayelsa and visited Southern IJaw local government area headquarter, where crude oil was discovered in 1957 and houses the deepest oil well in Nigeria.
