Biafra: Nnamdi Kanu Appears In Court Today, Set To Shame Binta Nyako

Today is April 6, 2017, and everyone is eagerly awaiting Justice Binta Nyako’s next move with great expectations. She had proudly announced that she will be allowing masked witnesses in a secret trial and judging according to Islamic Sharia law and nobody can change her decision. We are waiting to see the unveiling of her schemes.

It is no secret that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has nothing to do with Islam and was never charged with Islamic offenses to warrant invocation of the sharia law. It is no secret that the prosecution lacked evidence for the past two years to prove its case against him and that previous judges had discarded the idea of masquerades testifying in a secret trial against Nnamdi Kanu.

It is no secret that Nnamdi Kanu was publicly charged, even by the president on a national television media chat. His trial must not be done secretly but publicly with international observers and worldwide coverage. The fact that the federal government of Nigeria does not have any proof of all the charges she leveled against Nnamdi Kanu cannot warrant catapulting the case into a sharia court just to convict the innocent man.
It is known that the joint military personnel in Nigeria have publicly killed innocent, unarmed, and peacefully protesting, praying, jubilating and rallying Biafrans. How can all these be secretly swept away? We are eager and waiting to see the gimmicks that will play out on the 6th, April 2017.

How the eclipse of civil and sharia law will occur. How Binta Nyako will exceed John Tsoho in practical judicial injustice and rascality. How Christians will be brought before Islamic law. This is a 21st-century drama about to unfold. How Binta intends to implement sharia law secretly on an internationally observed case still remains a puzzle to solve. The script awaits in the theater of Nigeria high court. And we hasten to add that that the Attorney General of the federal must me held accountable if he permits this great abrasion on the Nigerian justice system to happen.

It is going to be a bizarre situation for the lawyers to prosecute and defend a civil matter according to sharia law. The scheme of the Nigerian government is a scene to witness. Will this be the unveiling of Nigeria as an Islamic state? Will there be amputations, hangings and whipping for various allegations? We are all still pondering.

Finally, Nigeria is a secular country with a written constitution. Nigeria is an embodiment of educated men and women, Christians, Muslims and other religious beliefs. We are watching and so are the entire humanity. We shall see how this episode plays out. If every stakeholder in the Nigeria political and civil system keeps quiet and allow Muhammadu Buhari to plunge Nigeria into chaos, we shall all suffer the tsunami that will result from it.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is an avowed Christian from a Christian Biafran nation and there is no way, he can be secretly tried with testimonies from masked unknown witnesses under a sharia law. That is absolutely unacceptable, a rape of the Nigerian judicial system under the man who is reputed for committing all sorts of unimaginable administrative blunders, Muhammadu Buhari.
