We can’t really say the country where this incident happened, but from the look of the men in the video and from the language they were speaking, it seemed to be one South American Country. The lady was made to sit on the ground with a phone on her head. It can be assumed she stole the phone and was caught.
She seemed to be in a pleading mode and the men didn’t in any way feel remorse about her condition. Suddenly one of the men hit the lady on the head so hard with a club and she immediately lost consciousness.
All this was happening while another person was filming the whole incident, this is just too cruel. We hope these men are caught and then brought to book.
