Former Imo State Governor, Senator Rochas Okorocha, has expressed satisfaction with a reported Federal High Court judgment concerning the APC senatorial ticket for Imo West.

Reacting to the ruling, Okorocha praised the Nigerian judiciary, declaring that justice had finally prevailed. He also recalled a past controversy involving election results, alleging that someone who came fourth was elevated to the top position after more than 300 results were written.
Okorocha further remarked that the presidency was tired of what he described as “nonsense,” adding another political dimension to the ongoing dispute involving Governor Hope Uzodimma and the Imo West senatorial seat.
The judgment reportedly directs INEC to publish Okorocha’s name as the APC candidate and orders Uzodimma to stop presenting himself as the party’s candidate for the district.
