Businesswoman Amaka Okeke has denied allegations linking her to media personality Frank Edoho amid the ongoing controversy surrounding his failed second marriage.
Amaka was named in claims made by Edoho’s estranged wife, Sandra Onyenucheya, who accused her of being involved in the breakdown of the marriage.

In a statement released on Friday, Amaka dismissed the allegations as false and damaging.
She stated,
“Over the past few hours, my name has been wrongly linked to false and baseless allegations currently circulating online. For clarity, Frank Edoho and I met in 2024 on strictly business-related matters and only became good friends in May 2025 when he was dealing with a personal matter… Any narrative beyond this is completely untrue.”
She said her relationship with the TV host was strictly professional before it later developed into a friendship during a difficult period in his personal life.
Amaka also criticized the spread of unverified claims online and warned that legal action may follow.
She added, “I am deeply disappointed to see my name attached to narratives that are malicious, baseless, and entirely inaccurate. I kindly ask that people refrain from spreading unverified claims… My legal team has been informed accordingly and will take action in due course.”
The controversy follows fresh allegations from Sandra, who accused Frank of infidelity and misconduct during their marriage.
