Senator Kalu Meets Governor Alex Otti To Discuss State Development (Photos)

The Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has reiterated his commitment to the progress and development of Abia State following a meeting with the Governor of the state, Dr. Alex Otti.

In a statement shared by Senator Kalu, he described the meeting as part of his usual tradition of engaging with the state’s executive leadership to deliberate on critical issues affecting the state. The Senator highlighted that the discussions focused on strategies to drive growth and address challenges facing the state.

“In my capacity as a Senator of the Federal Republic, I also briefed him on my legislative scorecard concerning our senatorial district,” Senator Kalu noted.

IGBERE TV reports that this is the second time the Senator has met with Governor Alex Otti at his residence since he assumed office as the governor of Abia State.

The meeting underscores the importance of collaboration between the legislative and executive arms of government in achieving sustainable development and addressing the needs of citizens. Senator Kalu and Governor Otti have both emphasized their shared vision for the advancement of Abia State, reinforcing their commitment to delivering impactful projects and policies that will benefit the people.
