Crown Point International College of Health Sciences & Technology has announced the appointment of HRM. Apostle Dr. Chibuzo Gift Chinyere, the General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries (OPM) as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Grand Patron of the college.
According to Dr. Samuel Takon Ojong, Provost/Founder of the college, “It is our core value to encourage excellence and acknowledge the contributions of well-meaning and respected individuals who have made a significant impact on society.”
Dr. Ojong praised Dr. Chinyere’s “outstanding achievements, foundation of integrity, contributions, and successes” which made him an ideal candidate for the honor.
As part of the recognition, the college will name its 300-seat conference hall in Ogun State, Nigeria, after Dr. Chinyere. The conference hall will be officially commissioned by Dr. Chinyere on March 29, 2025, during the college’s 7th anniversary and convocation ceremony.
“We are looking forward to your prompt acknowledgement and acceptance,” Dr. Ojong said, inviting Dr. Chinyere to join the college community.
The appointment and honor are a testament to Dr. Chinyere’s dedication to nation-building and his commitment to making a positive impact on society.
The letter reads in part:

“The Chairman and Members of the Board of Trustees also has appointed you as Vice Chairman Board of Trustees/Grand Patron of the college, for your outstanding achievements, foundation of integrity, contributions, and successes. Whereby you have been strongly recommended. The Immortalization exercise is scheduled to hold on the 7th anniversary and convocation celebration of the college slated for 29TH March 2025.
