Governor Siminalayi Fubara has inaugurated the 3km Kalaibiama section of the Kalaibiama-Epellema Road.
The commissioning was performed by Senator Adawari Pepple, former senator representing Rivers South-East Senatorial District.
Speaking at the event, Fubara called for unity and urged Rivers people to prioritize the state’s progress. “Rivers belongs to all of us. Stop the media wars and focus on building. Demarketing the state affects everyone, not just me,” he said.
Addressing concerns raised by the Joint Tax Board about security, he emphasized the need for collective responsibility. “God will handle those who seek to harm our progress,” he concluded.
