Clearing agents at Car Park C, Tin Can Port in Lagos protested against the alleged highhandedness of Assistant Commissioner Isa, a customs officer at the Tin Can Island Port Area Command, on Wednesday.

In a viral video shared on X on Friday, a crowd of animated individuals, some holding placards, chanted the Yoruba word for “thief” as Isa descended a staircase.

Even after she left the area, the protesters continued their chants, repeating “thief, thief, thief” until their voices faded from the recording.

Towards the end of the video, a man acknowledged that the protest was embarrassing for her but stated that she still had to go.

In another clip, the protesters are heard chanting “Dubious” and “Isa, ole (thief)” as they protested.
