Port Harcourt Rivers State – Building on its commitment to empowering girls through education the All Girls Free Technical College, founded by Omega Power Ministry (OPM), has announced the upcoming launch of a free boarding facility for its students.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, HRM King Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, the visionary General Overseer of OPM, reaffirmed his commitment to empowering disadvantaged girls through quality education and vocational training.
“The free boarding facility is a critical step towards providing our students with a supportive and conducive environment to thrive,” said Apostle Chibuzor
Once operational, the boarding facility will offer:
1. Free meals three times a day
2. Free boarding house wear
3. No cooking allowed for students
4. Monthly provision shopping at Everyday Supermarket or Higher City Super Market
5. Standby generator for nighttime electricity
6. Regular educational excursions to popular places
In addition to these benefits, students at the All Girls Free Technical College continue to receive:
– Free educational materials, including books, coveralls, lab coats, safety boots, school uniforms, and school bags
– Free vocational training in various fields
Apostle Chibuzor emphasized that the free boarding facility is fully sponsored through tithes and offerings from OPM Church, demonstrating the ministry’s unwavering dedication to philanthropy and community development.
The All Girls Free Technical College has been a shining example of OPM’s commitment to education and empowerment, providing opportunities for young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds to acquire skills and knowledge.
