Eighteen out of 26 members of the Ogun state House of Assembly on Tuesday January 23, 2024, impeached the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Olakunle Oluomo.
It was gathered that Oluomo’s rival at the last speakership election, Hon. Oludaisi Elemide, has been announced as the new speaker.
