The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Babajide Sanwo-Olu as the Governor of Lagos State, Igbere TV reports.
In delivering the lead judgment, Justice Garba Lawal dismissed the appeal filed by Mr Rhodes-Vivour.
Justice Lawal emphasized that the deputy governor was deemed qualified to participate in the election.
