Minister of Labour and Employment, Simon Lalong, is poised to step down from his position.
Having obtained his Certificate of Return from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the Minister’s impending resignation follows the Court of Appeal’s ruling.
The court invalidated the election victory of Peoples Democratic Party’s Bali Napoleon and affirmed Lalong as the duly elected Senator for Plateau South Senatorial Zone.
