Joseph Aloba, the father of the late singer MohBad, also known as Ilerioluwa Aloba, has emphatically conveyed that no one should proceed with the burial arrangements for his son without obtaining his explicit authorization.
In a video shared on TikTok on Sunday, he sternly cautioned against any unauthorized attempt to claim MohBad’s body.
In the video, he expressed, “When this boy was alive, he was alive. When he left us, he still carried my name. Please, let no one take his body without my consent.”
The grieving father continued to assert his authority, stating, “If there are any arrangements to be made, I will be the one to grant permission. No one should go and take MohBad’s body without my approval.”
These declarations came in response to appeals from singer Bella Shmurda and actress Tonto Dikeh, both urging for the release of MohBad’s body for burial. The talented singer passed away at the age of 27 on September 12, 2023.
