On November 11, 2023, Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church Worldwide and the US-based musician Ron Kenoly will jointly inaugurate a colossal multi-billion naira building project in Lagos.
This ambitious undertaking, named the Ark of Light for all Nations, boasts a capacity exceeding 10,000 individuals.
This architectural marvel will serve as the international headquarters for Gospel Pillars International Churches, as outlined by Senior Pastor Isaiah Macwealth.
The visionary leader expressed his sentiments through the ministry’s liaison officer, Apostle Abrich Agbi, citing the remarkable growth of the church since its inception in 2007 as the driving force behind the expansion to a 10,000-capacity structure.
“We did not borrow money anywhere, this is a ministry that is growing. The teaching of our prophet has become a driving force in the transformation of lives,” he said.
Agbi stressed that the project sits on an 8,900 square meters landscape built to house church auditorium, bible school, prayer conference rooms, bookshop, multi-storage food bank, primary school and broadcast studio, and other state-of-the-art facilities for worshippers and visitors.
“The multi-storage foodbank is to help the less privileged. There, we will store bags of rice to distribute to communities,” he added.
Agbi expressed the commitment of the ministry to continue its social welfare for the less privileged but said it is the government’s responsibility to ensure the development of the country.
He said other dignitaries expected to grace the occasion include the presiding bishop, March of Faith International Fellowship (USA), Bishop Wesley Arije, general overseer of Conquerors Chapel International from Ghana.
“Also, music minister Dr. Panam Percy Paul, Evang. Tope Alabi, Minister Chioma Jesus, and a host of other dignitaries,” he said.
Agbi assured of the presence of security officers, medical teams and traffic enforcement agencies to ensure safety during the launch.
