On Thursday, November 9, Rivers State Governor fubara and his predecessor, Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike, met at a church service celebrating the 2023/2024 legal year at St. Cyprian’s Anglican Church in Port Harcourt.
In a video released today, fubara and Wike shake hands before taking their seats.
