A passenger who boarded a Keke in Umuahia have revealed what he saw which has caused a lot of reaction.
He wrote: ‘This Keke driver is hard of hearing…’
“As I stopped a Keke this morning to go to town in Umuahia, the other passenger told us to touch the driver once we got to where we are going.
“I did not understand until I read the notice you are seeing here”
