In Abuja, tragedy struck as Greatness Olorunfemi, a dedicated community developer and member of the Young African Leaders Initiative Network (YALI), lost her life on September 28th in a harrowing encounter with a criminal syndicate known as “One Chance.”
This heartbreaking incident unfolded when Olorunfemi was forcibly ejected from a moving vehicle by members of the syndicate. Following the assault, she was rushed to Maitama General Hospital, where she faced an additional hurdle: the hospital required a police report before providing treatment.
