The 2023 Presidential Election Petition Tribunal PEPT has struck out APM’s eligibility suit against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Vice, Shettima.

“…the petition ought to have been ventilated at the federal high court 14 days after the conduct of a primary election”.
“…the claim in the petition does not flow on the disqualification of a candidate according to the Constitution”.
“…being a pre-election matter it ought to have been exhausted within 180 days”( January 2023)”.
“…therefore the name of the respondent should be struck out from this petition”.
“..this petition which seeks to disqualify the respondent has no substance”.
