The University of Port Harcourt Nigeria, in partnership with Huawei has become an IASC, Igbere TV reports.
This was made known by the Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof Georgewill Owunari, who declared the cheering news on his Twitter handle.
“In Nigeria’s Capital city Abuja, the University of Port Harcourt Nigeria, in partnership with Huawei became an IASC.” Owunari tweeted.
He also disclosed that the donation of ICT laboratory equipments has also been formalized.

Huawei is a multi billion dollar Chinese tech company, that have continue to partner with some Nigerian institutions in the area of ICT development.
