The executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Dr. Alex Otti has approved the appointment of star artist J Martins, international footballer Kanu Nwankwo and 28 others into various positions.

According to a statement on Tuesday by the governor’s Chief Press secretary, Kazie Uko, obtained by IgbereTV, the appointments take immediate effect.
