To reaffirm part of his electioneering commitments for wealth creation and to tackle unemployment among the youth in Akwa Ibom State, Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno officially declared open Eno Bassé Store, on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
Owned by a young brilliant, vibrant and talented female entrepreneur, Mrs Eyakenoabasi Bob-Hassan, (Daughter of Senator Effiong Bob), the Governor promised to shower his support, for great success in the creative jewelry industry..
According to the Chief Executive Officer, Mrs EyakenoAbasi Bob-Hassan, Eno Bassé company is Africa’s foremost Jewelry company with the aim of creating a dream jewelry for ‘your’ loved ones.

Declaring the Store open during a private cocktail event to celebrate the launch of the store, His Excellency, Pastor Eno expressed his happiness, witnessing the aspiration of a youth, with such a great passion to make a difference in the society. He pledged his support for the the business. He promised to invite Mrs. Eyakenoabasi Bob-Hassan to Akwa Ibom State to train other young girls, an effort, which he believes will help to reduce unemployment in the State among the youth.

Pastor Umo Eno, together with members of his team prayed for great success for the business and for rapid expansion.
Eulogizing the young talented lady, Engr. Bobby Onofiok, President, Akwa Ibom State Association of Nigeria, AKISAN, USA and Udy Umondak shared the same view that it is a good concept for our youth to venture into creative business. They applauded Mrs Bob-Hassan’s choice of business, which is clearly out of passion. They wished her luck in her chosen endeavor.
Hon Otobong Bob, express his confident on her sister, believing that she’ll be a role model to other youth who aspire to break record in what they are passionate for in life. In like manner, her husband, Mr. Oluwafemi Hassan said he is in partnership with his wife, EyakenoAbasi to grow the business to a greater height.
In his usual comic nature, Ime Bishop Umoh, popularly known as Okon Lagos said the event was very interesting and he had so much fun.
In their remarks, Senator and Mrs. Effiong Bob were so grateful to God for taking their daughter this far in her passion of producing unique jewelries. They thank the Governor, members of his entourage and all the guests for making out time to share in the joy with Eno Bassé Company as it flagged off in Lagos.
It is important to note that Mrs. Eyakenoabasi Bob-Hassan is a graduate of Civil Engineering and a trained Gemology. She has Masters Degree in Project Management from United Kingdom, UK, Diploma in Goldsmithing from College in Italy and attended Gemology Institute of America, GIA, California where she graduated as a professional Gemologist.
