The Deputy Governor of Abia State, His Excellency, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu has felicitated with the Diocesan Bishop of Isuikwuato, Abia state His Lordship, The Rt. Rev. Geoffrey Uzochukwu Kanu, JP, on his 65th birthday in a Eucharistic service.
Speaking during the celebration service, the Deputy Governor congratulated the celebrant for reaching such a glorious milestone.
Emetu who represented his principal, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, Governor of Abia State, described birthdays as new beginnings for celebrants to pursue new endeavours with new vigour and new hope. A time to move forward with courage and confidence, after a thorough retrospective analysis of one’s life trajectory.
He congratulated the celebrant and wished him more fruitful years to the service of God and humanity.
Highlight of the celebration was the cutting of a birthday cake, presentation of biography of the celebrant, and offering of successfull leadership prayer for Dr. Alex Otti’s led administration.
