Tinubu vs Obi: INEC In More Trouble; AWS Witness Has 'Nailed The Coffin'

Monday’s proceedings witnessed Amazon Web Services staff and cloud engineer, Clarita Ogar testifying in Court that nothing went wrong on INEC Server on the day of the Presidential elections on February, 25th, 2023. She said that all their services across the six(6) regions were their services are hoisted have been operational without issues including the US, Africa and many more.

There were those who were shouting that INEC had a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Amazon while patronizing their services, and that only INEC can prove that they had glitches. Now, with the health report status of AWS before the court, INEC had been cornered to bring in their confidential information such as cloud and log in details via the witness they will bring to Court, esle they have successfully dragged Amazon into the mud, and Amazon would have to annul the NDA to save their business. This was the endgame of Labour Party and now I see why they were jittery yesterday in Court and over the Internet.

Just to let you know that they have no way of defense, they flounded a court order yesterday on the production of documents for the case. Now Labour Party is going take serious legal action should they fail again Today.

The Witness empirically stated that the last glitch suffered on AWS was in 2021, and there was no glitch whatsoever as INEC told the world. Now, every data information that were confidential to INEC will be made available. This was the bait LP had placed on ground. How do you make a tortoise come out of its shell, when it has decided to remain hidden and you need it out ASAP? simple show him there is no harm, and you are below its level, and watch him flex his muscles. Labour Party have been pulling fast ones on INEC and Co.

They said Labour Party had no case ; speaking from their ability to procure evidences which only them can release, and I tell you Labour Party have been to make a great call with the little resources at their discretion. All want they want is a recount. The moment INEC knew they began jittery. It is too late. The Court will have a recount. Next time don’t underestimate your opponent “With Go To Court”.

They thought Labour Party will be arguing in Court which results are authentic or not, they never saw the bigger picture. That the coffin for their burial will be funded from INEC certified documents.

If you were on the fence before concerning who won in the February 25th 2023 presidential election, then here are your proofs. Else why will INEC on a Subpoena dating 25th May refuse to issue documents necessary for Labour Party’s mandate recovery. Look at their ramblings before the Court yesterday, Kai, I am glad I was alive to witness this day in Nigeria’s history.

It is obvious they expected that OBI will be settled for his losses and the case will be closed, but that ain’t happening like many earlier suggested.

Even after the Court ordered them on Monday after their lies were busted they still failed to deliver yesterday. And those documents are with INEC signatory dating an issuance date way back May, but deliberately kept them. Now we can see who and who is lying, and who is obstructing Justice.
