Unknown Gunmen whose identity are yet to be unveiled have killed Prof Opeyemi Ajewole, one of the foremost Professors of Social and Environmental Forestry at the University of Ibadan, IgbereTV has learned.

According to Independent Newspaper Ajewole was said to have been killed on his way home last night.
It was gathered that the lecturer from the institution who confirmed the incident said the deceased was killed by a suspected hired killer at his residence in Ibadan.
“It is true. He was killed last night while returning home. They shot him and took his car. He was my friend. I just confirmed from a member of his Faculty now,” the source said.
