Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear the case of IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu
The federal government have lost at every court they took Nnamdi Kanu to, and are now playing their last card at the Supreme court
In the case where the federal government resorts to their old tricks of seeking amendment, adjournment or unnecessary delay, so as to keep Kanu behind bars, the learned Justices should dismiss the case against Nnamdi Kanu, with or without prejudice, and order his immediate and unconditional release
The Supreme court is the highest court of the land and a place of seriousness. It cannot be turned into the federal government’s playground
