I have deep respect and admiration for Mr Peter Obi because of his commitment to the welfare of the ordinary people particularly when I heard how he gave his direct phone line to senior prefects of secondary schools in Anambra when he was governor. It shows a leader who is more interested in listening to the ordinary people and knowing what their problems are not just listening to the leaders at the top.
There are many other Igbo that I have deep respect and admiration for but would never vote for president because I don’t believe they would deliver in that capacity.
