The Rivers State Commissioner of Transport, Chief Ibibia Walter has been intercepted by the Nigerian Army in Okrika LGA.
The commissioner who led thugs around the LGA earlier today, hijacked election materials and took them to the Everest Event Centre at Abam Road, Okrika.
On intel the Nigerian Army busted the hideout. They were doctoring the materials of Wards 5, 6, 2, 8, 9, 10, parts of Ward 4.
An Army personnel was injured at the event centre during the bust. The Solder is currently undergoing treatment at the Collins Clinic, Abam Road.
