Friends, today, we are not just celebrating a new month, we are also celebrating the beginning of a NEW ERA in the history of our Nation.
Last month was a deciding moment for us all, it presented us with the opportunity to pave the way for a new beginning and I am delighted with the outcome.
As we celebrate this new month, I want to also use this medium to CONGRATULATE NIGERIA and NIGERIANS for coming out stronger against all odds and a well contested electoral process.
A big congratulations to my brother, friend and colleague, His Excellency Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the president elect in the just concluded general elections.
With this victory coming on the first day of MARCH 2023, it is definitely a sign that Nigeria is ready to keep marching forward.
I also urge all to remain calm and peaceful.
