Sit-at-Home: IPOB Loosing Popularity in S/East - UK Trained Doctor, Dom Nik

Sit-at-Home: IPOB Loosing Popularity Within The S/East – UK Trained Doctor, Dom Nik | #IgbereTV

Nigeria is structured on multiple layers of injustices.

Calm down. One day it will surely get to your turn.

Let me confess, I have never listened to Nnamdi Kanu. However, I have read some of what they said were his ulterances.

I do not take seriously posts made by his supporters, neither do I take serious posts made by many fictitious Kanu pages.

Nnamdi Kanu

Occasionally, I read the press releases by Emma Powerful. Interesting, most of those press releases sounds more measured than the rubbish many of their supporters vomit in search of relevance.

Most of the stuff Kanu says are our living reality.

There are deadly anti tribe rivalries in Nigeria. All tribes have nasty things to say against the other tribes. So when Kanu goes same route he is doing same thing we have been doing long before he was born.

We gave him traction and reach by carrying such news that may be unhelpful. Social media also played an important role.

The major challenge is that the Nigeria Nation or political influence holders have no defining counter narratives hence the resort to strong arm tactics. Which is now hurting everybody.

The sit at home hurt many people within and outside the SE. That is the fact. Yes SE was more hurt.

The political implication that non state actors can ask citizens to stay indoors during the visit of the president and was massively obeyed across states is unprecedented.

We need to engage with the reasons for these agitation. We must be real, honest and truthful in dealing with them.

The SE leaders must lead in this regard.

Unfortunately, the SE political leaders seem not to be representing the political interest of the region. Any information they claim to have which does not affect the reasoning and actions of those they lead is a waste.

The time to replan is now.

IPOB must be aware that they are loosing popularity within the SE. Too numerous brutally enforced sit at homes is horrible. IPOB must also remember that Igbos do not suffer subjugation before they react and confront that they see as evil.

The igbo political leaders must now take over the Biafra dead remembrance. It is our collective history. They cannot continue to pretend it never happened

If the people wants to remember their history allow them.

Even well governed western countries are confronting their history. Apologies are being rendered, monuments are being brought down.

The people of SE do not like the present structure of Nigeria and it is the duty of those who claim we elected them to take the message to those it was made for.
