These two lovers were caught for stealing a sheep in Nneogodi village, Agulu in Anaocha council area of Anambra state, IgbereTV reports.
Chinedu Umeh and his mistress, Ogechukwu Samson, were, in a video making the rounds on social media, caught by the village vigilante on Thursday, June 10 with the sheep they had stolen.
The lovebirds confessed they were in the habit of stealing and selling people’s livestock anytime they needed money.
According to eyewitnesses, Angry youths of Nneogidi almost set the suspects ablaze but for the timely intervention of an elder in the village.
