Nigerians on Twitter have been reacting to a bill to discontinue the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme which is before the House of Representatives.
The bill known as the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Alteration Bill 2020 has reached second reading in the House.
Part of the reasons why the sponsor Awaji-Inombek Abiante wants the NYSC scrapped is for security reasons among others.
