Police Abandon Their Vehicles in Orlu Bush, Abscond After Clash With IPOB's #ESN

Police on Friday abandoned their vehicles to escape from the security network of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

The clash, according to report gathered by Igbere TV occured in a bush in Orlu, Imo state.

Sharing a video from the scene of the clash, leader of the group, Nnamdi Kanu dared the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu and the south-east governors to send security forces after the Eastern Security Network (ESN).

“When Zoo police met #ESN in Orlu bush.

“Zoo people should tell their IG of Police, Hope Uzodinma and any other foolish governor in the East daft enough to send Zoo security forces in search of ESN that they too will meet a similar fate or worse.

“Next time they should come with that derelict attack helicopter they borrowed from Pakistan or better a fighter jet, only then shall we prove to them how prepared #ESN is. This is a mere appetizer, I am sure the main course will be served soon.

“Anything found in the bush is bush meat to ESN,” he said.

Mr Kanu had launched the Eastern Security Network on December 12, 2020 to tackle “terrorists” threats to the south-east people.

The security outfit was met with rejection from all the governors of the region.

Kanu restated that the security outfit was not a Biafra army “but a vigilante group established to protect Biafrans against terrorists.”
