Publisher of Sahara Reporters Omoyele Sowore has arrived Wuse Magistrate Court for ruling on his bail application.
Mr Sowore arrived the court on Monday with four others arraigned alongside him for protesting on New Year eve in Abuja.
The court was meant to hear their bail application last Friday but the police did not bring the former presidential candidate to court.
Sowore and the others are being charged with three counts of conspiracy, unlawful assembly and incitement.
