Police in Lagos say they have charged a man to court for allegedly slapping a policeman twice along Governor’s Road, Alausa, Ikeja.
The man whose identity was not revealed was also accused of threatening a police team on December 6 after causing an accident.
According to an update by the police on Tuesday, the defendant pleaded not guilty and has been remanded till January 20, 2021.
The defendant is being prosecuted by the Alausa Police Station.
