Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) caretaker committee Mai Mala Buni has reconciled the Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi and Minister of State for Petroleum Timipre Sylva.
The duo who are both former governors had not been in good terms.
They agreed to work together after a meeting which lasted about an hour on Monday with Buni at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.
Ameachi who was accompanied by Sylva told reporters after the meeting: “We have agreed that both of us will work together.”
It is believed the men will now work together to improve the party’s fortune in the south-south region.
