Joel Amadi, a Nigerian singer has called out the Executive Governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai, saying his father was allegedly shot dead by Fulani herdsmen in Southern Kaduna.
The singer who joined prominent Nigerians as they lament the incessant killings in the Southern Kaduna also accused the Kaduna state governor, El-Rufai of not doing enough to curb terrorism in the state.
Lamenting the killings, the singer explained how her family including mother and his sisters could not even talk to him on phone due to the tragic incident.
Recall that Amadi had earlier disclosed that killing was ongoing in his father’s village, Zikpak, Kafanchan yesterday and further revealed that his father was missing as well as some villagers while houses were being burnt and nobody helped them.
Amadi wrote: It’s just been confirmed that my lovely Dad is dead-shot by herdsmen and my mom and sisters can’t even talk to me on phone please tag @elrufai he needs to know that he is not doing enough to curb the state of terrorism in Kaduna state.’
